The built-in, adjustable temperature setting allows for absolute temperature control between 80 to 100° F at the push of a button. This pad can be used indoors and outdoors, and it features a computerized sensor to maintain the pre-selected temperature. Features an easy-to-read digital readout and a deluxe faux sheepskin washable cover. Made with ABS plastic and has a 5.5-foot steel-wrapped cord. MET listed. If you need extra cord length, you may use a UL-listed extension cord indoors or outdoors. One year warranty.

Most Commonly Asked Question: Why isn't my bed warming up?
Answer: When your pet is not on the pad, the heat will dissipate into the air and the surface temperature will vary according to the ambient air temperature. When your pet lies down, the temperature of the pad will rise. Please test the bed or pad by placing a pillow on top of the product. After about 15 minutes, feel under the pillow. It should feel warm, not hot.
