Revival Employees Receive Patriot Award

Three employees from Revival Animal Health have been recognized for their extraordinary support of a co-worker during her deployment with the National Guard. Jody Albers, Dan Coulander and Hailey Loutsch were presented with the Service Member Patriot Award on October 16th by Retired Sergeant Major Jack Hanson, volunteer for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Committee, in recognition of their support of their co-worker, SPC Brittany Sudtelgte, Military Police, unit 186 MP Co.

During Sudtelgte’s deployment, Albers, Coulander, and Loutsch encouraged Revival employees to donate food, basic necessities and fun items to be sent as part of monthly care packages for Sudtelgte. In addition, the trio also organized special holiday care packages filled with decorations and holiday treats. Sudtelgte, who works in the marketing department at Revival, nominated the three for their constant support during her deployment. “Revival resembles a family much more than an employer. Everyone came together to make my deployment memorable for both myself and my family. The team was always willing to work with me and make the transition as easy as possible by making sure I knew they were there if I needed anything at all. I’m very grateful for all that this company and its employees have done to support my military obligations,” says Sudtelgte. The three were presented with the honor at a surprise company-wide awards ceremony. “Here at Revival we are a family and when one our own is out making a sacrifice as Brittany and the rest of her company were, it’s like second nature for us to want to help and show our support. We all knew it was going to be a difficult time for Brittany being away from her son so we really wanted to do everything we could to help her receive parts of home while she was away,” says Loutsch. “I’m thankful that the care packages had as big of an impact as they did. Our troops sacrifice so much to protect the freedoms we have. I was happy to play just a small part in supporting those we owe everything too,” says Coulander. “I couldn’t be more proud of Dan, Hailey, and Jody as well as the entire Revival team that pitched in to support Brittany while on deployment. This is just another example of how the Revival team goes above and beyond not only in delighting our customers but also being passionate, helpful and caring for our own employee family,” says Jim Rossiter, Vice President/General Manager, Revival Animal Health.
