Paws For a Cause 2022

What do running shoes and paws share in common? They’re hitting the streets together for this year’s Paws For a Cause Fun Run and Doggie Dash. Revival Animal Health and ProVetLogic are partnering for this year’s annual fun run/walk on August 27, 2022, 8:30 am at Windmill Park in Orange City, IA. Join us in-person and run the 5K route or walk the one-mile route together. Or join us virtually from your own location, running or walking with your pup and sharing your experience in our Facebook group.

What is Paws for a Cause?

The Revival Animal Health Paw Squad organizes this event as a way to reach out and give back to the community. Each year, event organizers select a pet-focused nonprofit and 100 percent of proceeds are given to that organization. The 2022 recipient will be Noah’s Hope Animal Rescue in Sioux City, Iowa. This volunteer-powered nonprofit rescues and shelters homeless, neglected, and abandoned dogs and cats until they find loving fur-ever homes. The 5K and the one-mile doggie dash can be done either with or without a dog! If a 5K is a bit much for you or your pooch, the one-mile doggie dash is a perfect opportunity to get out and enjoy the fresh air with your four-legged friend! No need to dash, you can also stroll. At the end of the run/walk Orange City pooches can participate in a Doggy Ice Cream Social.

How can I be part of this tail-wagging event?

Simply register at Getmeregistered.com/PawsforaCauseRun. The virtual event will be held between August 17th and 27th, 2022. That means you’ll have ten days, wherever you are located, to do your walk/run/doggie dash at your own pace.

What’s the benefit of early Paws for a Cause signup?

The first 75 registrants receive Paws for a Cause t-shirts and amazing swag bags! Those will be shipped to you before the start date so you can wear your shirt out on your run. After signing up, you’ll also get a link to the event’s Facebook group where we’d love to see pictures of you on your run or with your four-legged friends on your doggie dash. Signup today and be part of this pawsome event!
