New USEF Rule - Effective Dec 1, 2025

Beginning December 1, 2025, under USEF GR 1101.10, all horses competing in USEF-licensed or endorsed competitions must be microchipped with a 15-digit ISO-compliant chip. This includes every breed, discipline, and competition level.
