Used along with mom's milk, Nurture Mate gives added assurance that each newborn has protection for a healthy start. Ideal for orphans, large litters or when mom's milk is not available.

When using a milk replacer, you want it to provide complete nutrition and immune support without causing diarrhea. Breeder's Edge^® Foster Care™ Powdered Milk Replacer supports the growth and development of kittens up to 35 days of age.

Foster Care™ is an easy-to-digest formula that contains nutritionally balanced levels of proteins, fats and amino acids plus essential vitamins and minerals. Ideal for kittens who have been orphaned, rejected or are nursing but need supplemental feedings. Can also be given to mom for a boost of nutrients when she's nursing or recovering from surgery or sickness.

When hydration and energy are needed, you want a solution that works fast. Breeder's Edge^® Kitten Lyte™ combines electrolytes, amino acids and dextrose to provide hydration and quick energy for kittens and cats. Ideal for times of occasional diarrhea, when weaning, or as a water source for moms during labor.

 

Nurture Mate:
Cautions: Intended for use in dogs, cats, and horses. Safe for animals with food allergies. Always consult your veterinarian before using this product in animals with chronic medical conditions, such as a clotting disorder, diabetes, or urinary tract disease. Consult your veterinarian for specific advice on the appropriate treatment and care of your animal. Keep out of the reach of children and pets to prevent unwanted consumption.
Storage: Store at room temperature 58°F - 86°F (15°C - 30°C). Avoid excessive heat. For best results after opening, wipe the tip of the syringe, replace the cap and refrigerate for future use. Before using the syringe again, bring it to room temperature to ensure proper consistency.

Foster Care Milk Replacer:
Cautions: Keep out of reach of children and animals.
Storage: Reconstituted Foster care: Use within 24 hours if refrigerated, use within 2 hours at room temperature. Store unmixed powder at room temperature 58°F - 86°F (15°C - 30°C) in a tightly sealed container.

Kitten Lyte:
Cautions: Keep out of reach of children and animals. Avoid excessive heat.
Storage: Store at room temperature 58°F - 86°F (15°C - 30°C). Refrigerate after mixing.

Nuture Mate:
Instructions: Orally administer 1 mL to kittens and 2 mL to puppies as soon after birth as possible. When mom's milk is not available, give newborns 3 to 4 doses in the first 24 hours.

Foster Care Milk Replacer:
Instructions: Mix at a rate of 1 Tbsp powder to 2 Tbsp water. Feed at a rate of 2 Tbsp of liquid formula per 4 oz body weight daily. Small breed puppies should be fed every 3 to 4 hours; large breed puppies and kittens should be fed every 6 to 8 hours, dividing into equal portions.

Kitten Lyte:
Instructions: Add 1 scoop to 8 oz of lukewarm water; mix thoroughly. For post-op recovery or during times of fluid loss due to diarrhea or vomiting, give in small frequent doses for up to two days or as recommended by your veterinarian. Refrigerate after mixing, use within 24 hours after mixing. Change water daily.
This product is intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only.
