Dog Worm Tabs

Dog Worm Tabs are broad-spectrum deworming chewable tablets for dogs. Dog Worm Tabs are formulated with febantel, praziquantel, pyrantel pamoate for dogs, to provide comprehensive parasite control for dogs. This canine dewormer effectively eliminates tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia pisiformis), hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Uncinaria stenocephala), roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonine), and whipworms (Trichuris vulpis).

Designed for easy administration, these chewable tablets offer a solution for effective, broad-spectrum parasite control.

Ingredients: Each tablet for puppies and small dogs 2-25 lb contains 22.7 mg praziquantel, 22.7 mg pyrantel base as pyrantel pamoate and 113.4 mg febantel.

Each tablet for medium dogs 26-60 lb contains 68.0 mg praziquantel, 68.0 mg pyrantel base as pyrantel pamoate and 340.2 mg febantel.

Each tablet for large dogs 45+ lb contains 136.0 mg praziquantel, 136.0 mg pyrantel base as pyrantel pamoate, and 680.4 mg febantel.

Instructions: Dog Worm Tabs Chewable Tablets for Dogs may be given directly in the mouth or offered in a small amount of food. You should weigh your dog to make sure you are using the right size and number of tablets. Administer to dogs and puppies* only as follows:
Puppies and Small Dogs* (2 - 25 lb)
2 lb to 4 lb give 0.5 tablet
5 lb to 7 lb give 1 tablet
8 lb to 12 lb give 1.5 tablets
13 lb to 18 lb give 2 tablets
19 lb to 25 lb give 2.5 tablets

Medium Dogs 26-60 lb
26 lb to 30 lb give 1 tablet
31 lb to 44 lb give 1.5 tablets
45 lb to 60 lb give 2 tablets

Large Dogs 45-120 lb
45 lb to 60 lb give 1 tablet
61 lb to 90 lb give 1.5 tablets
91 lb to 120 lb give 2 tablets

* Not for use in puppies less than 3 weeks of age or dogs weighing less than 2 lb.*
