TruFel™ HC2PCH (Fel-O-Vax IV + CaliciVax) vaccine prevents Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus (Novel and Traditional), Panleukopenia, and aids in the reduction of the severity of disease due to Chlamydia psittaci. The TruFel™ HC2PCH vaccine contains one additional Feline Calicivirus strain isolated from one hemorrhagic Calicivirus outbreak that occurred in 1998 and was shown to protect vaccinated cats against Calicivirus-induced hemorrhagic disease in controlled vaccination challenge experiments. TruFel™ HC2PCH (Fel-O-Vax IV + CaliciVax) is recommended for the vaccination of healthy cats eight weeks of age or older. Contains killed virus and killed Chlamydia bacteria. Twenty-five 1 ml doses.

Other TruFel™ Vaccines:

For subcutaneous injection in cats eight weeks of age or older. Shake well before use.

Package Includes
25 (1 ml) vials of vaccine

Warning
Thimerosal, Neomycin, Polymyxin B and Amphotericin B added as preservatives.
Do not vaccinate pregnant animals.
In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine.

Storage:
Store in the dark at 35°-45° F (2-7° C). Do not freeze. Use new, non-chemically sterilized needles and syringes. Use entire contents when first opened.

Disposal:
Burn vaccine containers and all unused contents.
Directions for Use: Inject one 1 ml dose subcutaneously using aseptic technique. Healthy cats should receive two doses, 3 to 4 weeks apart, except that if the animal is less than 16 weeks of age, then the final dose should be given no earlier than 16 weeks of age. The presence of maternal antibody is known to interfere with the development of active immunity in cats and additional boosters will be required in most young animals. Annual revaccination with one dose of TruFel HC2PCH is recommended.

The Infovax-ID® System provides a simple and effective method of recording pertinent information on the vaccines administered to animals in a veterinary practice.

Remove label from vial and affix to the animal's medical chart. 1.) Grasp the lower right-hand corner of the tab at the arrow marked "Peel Here" between your thumb and forefinger. 2.) Pull steadily at a slight upward angle until the top portion of the label is separated from the vial. 3.) Place the label on the animal's medical chart. Press down on the label to ensure adhesion.
