Settle® is manufactured by NovaVive Inc. using Mycobacterium Cell Wall Fraction (MCWF) technology. It is USDA-approved as an aid in the treatment of equine endometritis caused by Streptococcus zooepidemicus. When administered by IV injection or intrauterine (IU) infusion, Settle stimulates the mare’s immune system to fight the infection. Research has demonstrated efficacy of Settle in persistent breeding-induced, pathogenic, and post-partum endometritis, as well as in the treatment of endometrial cups, as a non-antibiotic antibacterial, and for improving mare fertility. www.NovaVive.ca/products
