TruCan™ DAPPi+C, formerly Duramune Max 5 + CVKis a vaccine designed to protect against diseases caused by Adenovirus Type 1 (Hepatitis), Adenovirus Type 2 (respiratory disease), Canine Coronavirus, Canine Distemper,  Parainfluenza and Parvovirus.

Canine parvovirus, or parvo, is a highly contagious disease that can cause serious illness and even death. Puppies are at risk until they have been fully vaccinated against it. The vaccine contains modified live versions of the virus for Adenovirus, Distemper, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus. Coronavirus is a killed version of the virus.

This puppy shot is recommended for healthy dogs who are 6 weeks of age or older. After they've been vaccinated, it's recommended to continue vaccinating annually with a single dose.

AutoShip is now available! AutoShip is the most convenient way to get the items you need delivered on a regular schedule, so you never run out. You can also save 5% on every AutoShip Order.

Other TruCan™ Vaccines:

When you order TruCan™ DAPPi+C (Duramune Max 5 + CVK), you'll receive 25 (1 dose) vials of dry vaccine and 25 (1ml) doses of vaccine diluent.

It's designed for subcutaneous injection in healthy dogs ages six weeks and up. Do not vaccinate pregnant animals or animals incubating any disease or stressed due to shipping, malnutrition or parasitism. They may not achieve or maintain an adequate immune response.

To ensure it's safe and effective, shake well prior to use and store out of direct sunlight at 35-45 degrees Fahrenheit (2-7 degrees Celsius). This vaccine contains Gentamicin and Thimerosal as preservatives. If a dog experiences an anaphylactoid reaction, you can give epinephrine. When administering, only use new, non-chemically sterilized needles and syringes. Do not freeze the vials and burn the containers and any unused contents.
Directions for Use: Aseptically rehydrate TruCan DAPPi+C with diluent supplied. Administer one 1 ml dose subcutaneously. A recommended vaccination schedule should start at or about six weeks of age. The presence of maternal antibody is known to interfere with the development of active immunity. Puppies should be revaccinated every two to three weeks until twelve weeks of age. All dogs over twelve weeks of age should initially receive one dose of TruCan DAPPi+C and a second dose 2 to 3 weeks later. Annual revaccination with one dose is recommended.

The Infovax-ID® System provides a simple and effective method of recording pertinent information on the vaccines administered to animals in a veterinary practice.

For vaccines requiring reconstitution, remove label from both vials and affix both labels to the animal's medical chart. 1.) Grasp the lower right-hand corner of the tab at the arrow marked "Peel Here" between your thumb and forefinger. 2.) Pull steadily at a slight upward angle until the top portion of the label is separated from the vial. 3.) Place the label on the animal's medical chart. Press down on the label to ensure adhesion.
