Paws for a Cause 2020 Recap

Running shoes were tied and dogs across the country dashed out their doors to take part in the third annual Virtual Paws for a Cause 5K Fun Run and Doggie Dash.
Sixty-three people from six different states participated in this year’s virtual event, which took place over ten days in August. This year, all of the money raised will go to Wet-Nose Rescue in Plymouth County, Iowa, a nonprofit that works to raise awareness and funding for a Plymouth County animal shelter and adoption center. Thanks to sponsors and those who registered, Wet-Nose Rescue will receive $9,275 from the 2020 Paws for a Cause virtual event. The Revival Animal Health Paw Squad organizes this event as a way to reach out and give back to the community. In past years, the event has been held in Orange City, IA. Each year, event organizers select a pet-focused nonprofit and 100 percent of proceeds are given to that organization. Make sure to check out the video to see all the great pictures sent to us from some of our participants this year. Thank you to everyone who walked, ran, dashed and donated to this great cause!
