How Does Revival AutoShip Work?

AutoShip is the most convenient way for you to get the items your animals need delivered to you on a regular schedule, so you never run out. We automatically send you the items you select based upon your chosen frequency. Just tell us how often you want your items, and we will take it from there.

Creating an AutoShip order is easy! It can be done while browsing on a product page – simply select the AutoShip option for your desired item, choose your preferred order frequency and then check out as usual. You will need a Revival account to enroll; if you do not have one, you will be prompted to sign up for an account when you check out.

After you submit your order, you will receive an email confirming your enrollment in the AutoShip Program. This email will include a link to access the “AutoShip” section in your Revival account where you can manage future orders and AutoShip account information.

We will place your AutoShip orders automatically according to your selected frequency. We will send you a reminder email before each order is placed. You will also receive an order confirmation email and a shipment confirmation email. Additionally, you will receive email notifications regarding other information related to your AutoShip account, such as, if your prescription is out of refills, your item is out of stock, or if your payment method does not work.

To review or modify your AutoShip account information, visit the “AutoShip” section within your Revival account. Subject to the AutoShip Terms and Conditions, changes will affect future orders.

To change your shipping address for an order, please visit the “AutoShip” tab in your Revival account and click the “Change Shipping” link located below the current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all AutoShip and future orders unless otherwise noted. Please remember to click “Update Address” and verify that your updated information has been saved successfully.

Your next order for each subscription will be displayed in the “AutoShip” tab within your Revival account page.

Subject to the AutoShip Terms and Conditions, you can change your next order date, order frequency, cancel your subscription and more by visiting the “AutoShip” section in your Revival account. Changes to an order cannot be made less than 24 hours prior to that order’s process date.

Yes, any item that is AutoShip-eligible can be added to current subscriptions. Visit the “AutoShip” tab within your Revival account, select the subscription you wish to add to, and click “Manage AutoShip.” Select “+ Add to AutoShip” and search for the item(s) you would like to add to your subscription. Note that this will add the item to your regular subscription going forward, not just as a one-time order.

Yes, AutoShip orders can be placed for your animal’s prescription medications! Prescription items need to be authorized by your veterinarian before we can ship them. If you do not have a prescription, your prescription is expired, or you are out of refills, one of our team members will reach out to your vet to obtain approval. To modify the order frequency for an AutoShip item, please visit the “AutoShip” tab within your Revival account. The current order frequency is displayed next to each AutoShip item in a dropdown menu. To change the order frequency for an individual AutoShip item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the AutoShip item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.

To change your next order date, please visit the “AutoShip” tab within your Revival account, select the subscription you wish to update, click the “Change Next Order Date,” and then select a new date. This will change the order date for the entire order. Please note, this will also affect the order frequency, which will adjust based on the new shipping date selected.

To cancel an AutoShip, please visit the “AutoShip” tab within your Revival account, select the subscription and simply click the “Cancel This Subscription” link below the order details. You will be prompted to confirm this action. Once you have clicked the “Cancel This Subscription” button, your AutoShip enrollment will be canceled. You will receive an email notification confirming your cancelation.

Forms of payment accepted for AutoShip orders include, PayPal and any credit or debit card.

We are currently hard at work simplifying the process for changing your payment method on AutoShip orders. In the meantime, since each AutoShip order is directly linked to the original payment method the order was placed with, in order to change the payment source the AutoShip order needs to be cancelled and replaced using the desired payment method. If we have any issues processing your payment, we will contact you via email notifying you of the issue. You will receive three emails a few days apart, if we do not hear from you after the third message your order will be canceled.

All promotion codes are subject to unique terms and conditions. To see if a particular code can be applied to existing AutoShip orders, check the promotion disclaimer found on the email or mailer you received or contact a Pet Care Pro at 800.786.4751.

We use polar boxes (insulated coolers) and ice packs to ship vaccines and temperature-sensitive medications. These coolers keep your pet’s medication at a safe temperature for up to 60 hours. Orders containing temperature-sensitive items ship with 2-day or Overnight service. We pack your order right before shipping to keep items cool.


If you place a new order for a temperature-sensitive item (or your AutoShip order renews) with 2-day shipping service between Wednesday afternoon and Sunday, it will ship on Monday. If you place a new order for a temperature-sensitive item (or your AutoShip order renews) with Overnight shipping service between Thursday afternoon and Sunday, it will ship on Monday.

If you need to return products, please call 800.786.4751 for a return authorization number and instructions. Items must be returned in original packaging unopened. We are unable to accept returns on vaccines, Rx items, refrigerated items, test kits, clothing, books, videos, stainless steel products or special-order drop-shipped items. AutoShip Terms

AutoShip subscriptions will ship automatically until you cancel the AutoShip subscription. By placing this order, you are authorizing Revival Animal Health to charge your chosen payment method for all future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected. The actual cost of each shipment may vary depending on the frequency and quantity chosen. AutoShip discount not valid on Merck Animal Health products, sale or quantity discount items.
