Much better than the elizabethan collars. The dogs can move around freely and eat comfortably. The dog you have shown is a lab and you only have a small collar available. You need the 5" wide extra long collar for 40-70 pounds for a lab or other mid size dogs. You should also carry 6' wide for 60 to 100 pounds and 7" for 90 to 130 pounds.
