I've always trusted Laxatone for hairballs and constipation. The problem with the gel is that there was no way to give it to my more feral cats. I've tried other hairball products with varying results. I'm happy with these. As a Vet Tech, this is a brand I trust. As a hapless owned-by, my cats love them! The soft chews are also easier on my geriatric kitties.
