I started using this and all pups test neg for worms except Tapes from Flea I use praziquantal pill for this when I see fleas on my dogs.Since my dogs are small 1 small bottle last me a bit longer then with the larger dogs

I have been using this product for a few years. It is suppose to kill all known worms in dogs.The last time I spoke with a revival representative, she told me that it did not kill tape worms from fleas, only the ones caused by rodents. This was a big disappointment. I didn't know there were any other ways to get tapeworms other than fleas. This is misleading, so I wanted to make people aware of what I was told by Revival Rep. Like the old saying goes, "If it sounds too good to be true, it is."

love this stuff, I use it all the time on my bitches doing and after whelping. I couldn't or wouldn't use anything else and start using it on the puppies when it is recommended on using it for them.

I've used this ever since I've learned it has the exact same ingredient as Panacur C for dogs that is available for a HIGH price from the vet. No prescription required and works just as well.. I do have large dogs (boxer) so for my adults it does take a lot of the product for the dosing requirements. But it works for roundworms, hookworms & whipworms and 1 type of tapeworm, but not the tapeworms caused from the common flea.. For tapewoms I add a praziquantal pill to the de-worming regimen when I notice any flea on my dogs. Strongid T is not working as well as it used to for puppies either.. I do use strongid T for the first 2 dewormings (at 2 weeks & 3 weeks) on puppies but then starting at the 4 week old deworming day I use this Safeguard product.

We use this to treat and prevent Giardia. It works wonders and gets almost every worm as well. It must be used daily for Giardia, we use it from 5 to 30 days, as needed. However, I have often found roundworms even when using this. So to treat for roundworms, we still use Pyran 50 every two weeks starting at two weeks of age.
