I love this product and so do my pets. It works great and would recommend it to anyone!

I disagree with the previous review. VOG works great for my kitties. I didn't think it was too thick at all and thought it worked great for my cat's eye issues.

First of all, it works! Second and most important it is gentle. I go right for this and am generous with the coverage. It calms some very painful looking eyes. It does not take a long time to be effective.

I have had years of experience with show and pet cats and eye infections can be quite daunting.

First look at the ingredients. This is nothing more than a diluted bleach solution. Would you put bleach in your own eyes?



Second- In July 2012 the US FDA issued a warning letter to the manufacturer (Innovacyn). There are a number of issues including unsubstantiated antimicrobial claims and poor production practices. You can read that warning here:

I had taken my Frenchie to the Vet for an apparent eye infection, resulting in 2 weeks worth of daily meds 2 Xs daily. The meds did not clear the infection up....it was still present after 2 weeks...oozing mucous like substance from the eye. I order Vetericy Opthalmic Gel used it as directed and within 3 days the infection was gone! And....it has not reoccurred. This is a great product, I also purchased the eye wash and it works beautifully on both the Frenchie and mix Rottie. It is pricey, but I am so glad I found out about it. Highly recommended
