As a former breeder of Maltese, Japanese Chin, and Chihuahua I could never keep enough of this product on hand. If one of my dogs exhibited eye inflammation I was on it in a minute with Terramycin and it was cleared up in a few days. Without it, there had to be trips to the vets, waiting time for that, and by then the infection was well established and would take much longer to clear up. Now I just have my 6 retirees and I don't have to stock as much, but I still wouldn't be without a tube on hand.
Best eye treatment there is in my opinion

This is the only product that works in my cats eyes. It heals all types of eye infections and I am begging you to tell the company to get this back on the market. I know there are hundreds of breeders out there that need this product

as well so please get them to produce it in mass quantities and not let production stop . Please help we need this product.

Save yourself money. If your pet has an eye infection, you may not need to take it to a vet. The vet will most likely prescribe this same product or something similar to it. My vet actually did prescribe this product and charged me like $35 for it but here, you can get it cheaper. Just apply a small strip of this ointment into the corner of the eye and massage the eyelids up and down gently to help spread it. It is a steroidal treatment so make sure you don't use it too much, only as directed in the directions. It works like a charm every time and I have 7 pets.
Great Buy and Wonderful to have on Hand

The previous reviewer is incorrect. This is NOT a Steroid. This is a broad spectrum ANTIBIOTIC!!! It is a great treatment to have on hand in case you can not get to the vet. Never use something in the eye that has a steroid in it without consulting a vet, as you can cause serious scar tissue damage if the eye has been scratched. If you are not sure if something contains a steroid, please consult your vet.
