Product arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. I ordered a case of micro chips and did not recieve the needed paper work for each chip to send to Home Again to register the dogs. Shouldn't that accompany the chips??

"After my father died in 2005, we took Sadie into our home. Then crisis hit and we were unable to keep her. We trusted a local resue center to care for her and find a caring home for her. I called every year to ask how she was but never received a return call.

Now 8 years later we received a call stating Sadie was found running along a busy blvd. We came to rescue her from the shelter and discovered she is in poor condition.

We are cuurently caring for her to make her as comfortable as she can be for a 17 year old dog.

I am so grateful for this product. Without it we would never have been reunited with our wonderful Sadie."

HomeAgain chip was placed between the shoulder blades of our Vizsla by our vet, and now it is at the bottom of her ribcage, easily visible under the skin. Vet verified with a scanner that it is the microchip. If the dog is ever lost, I doubt anyone will scan under her for a chip, so it is totally useless. So much for the patented anti migration feature...

As a breeder, I always microchip my dogs and puppy litters. After using Home Again, I realized the metal tag was not even readable after only one year....I called them and customer service was beyond HORRIBLE. They want more money to replace them (AKC chips are replaced life long) and it took over a MONTH to finally get the new tag while my dog had useless ID. I will NEVER use Home Again, and found AKC Reunite to be much faster, and far more concerned with actually keeping ID available for your dog.
