we raise boxers and we love using dyne for putting on a little extra weight before breeding and then using it during pregnancies and during the whelping period. this gives the mother a little extra help in nursing her pups. we feed it to them twice a day and you will see results within the first two weeks.
This is the best product, I use it for puppies from the time they are a few days until they leave for their forever homes. I started using this about 8 years ago and would not be without it. It works for healthy puppies as well as the smaller pups that get a slower start, they will catch up much faster on this product. They also love the taste and will take it with ease. I highly recommend Dyne for anyone with dogs or horses.
Dyne: Highly Recommend!
We have been breeding dogs for about 25 years and we also operate a boarding and training kennel. Since we have discovered Dyne, we always keep a gallon around. Here is what I use it for: 1) Our females who have just whelped a litter. They need extra calories and sometimes a little extra incentive to eat. I pour this on their food for every feeding. They love the taste and lick up every last drop. I will use it the entire time they are nursing and for an extra couple of weeks after weaning to keep their weight up. 2) We also use it for puppies that are smaller in the litter or need a little extra boost. It doesn't upset their stomachs (at the proper dose) and gives them much needed calories and energy. 3) When we board dogs, they are often nervous when they first arrive and might cut back on their eating. I pour a little Dyne on their kibble and they will gobble it up. 4) We often find ourselves needing to foster a rescue Great Dane or two. When they come in malnourished and underweight, we use Dyne poured over their kibble. I haven't had a dog not want it... they all love it. That way I send home a happy, healthy dog...not a hungry dog. All in all, this product is amazing...great taste, high calories, healthy and helpful!
I use this product on the runt pups and also when I take in a masciated rescue, it helps them to put on weight in no time and has all the necessary needed vitamins to keep them healthy and recover.
Taffy our Golden Retrever
"Our lil' Taffy was born totally blind and mentally challenged. She has Fore Brain Disease. Taffy was a throw away at 4 weeks old. We saved her from a one way trip to the woods, from an owner with no heart. Taffy is always spinning in a circle. From the time she goes out in her kennel, till time to go to bed,
she's spinning. She lays down very very little during the day and is steadily losing weight. As a matter of fact, she's really thin. We purchased several gallons of Dyne, and at first it seemed ok. She liked the taste, and would eat quite a bit of it. Taffy would only eat a few bits of food & thats it as a rule. She wouldn't eat enough food to substain her for the day. All was well for awhile, then she started throwing up during the night. It was the Dyne I was giving her. I took her off it & now she's fine with no throwing up. I'm sure it was a good product, but just not for Taffy."
