Large Cat that Likes the Scenery
I recently adopted a 22 pound cat. The shelter loaned me an old crate large enough to port him. Although he's now on an eating plan, Levi will still be a large cat at ideal weight. He loves to look through the holes of any crate to watch his surroundings. This crate is best because of the added visibility. Perhaps more importantly, the top door can help when loading. With the old crate, trying to put Levi in forward was not successful so I had to turn him around and jockey him in backwards. The top load kennel is a tremendous help for all handlers and for any animal that is skittish or confused by a crate.
top load feature much appreciated
It's a lot easier to get my cats into this carrier thanks to the top load feature. I needed the over 10 lbs. size, but I wish it wasn't so tall and long. I'd have given it 5 stars if I could have gotten one that was sized for cats, but I'm grateful for the top load feature, sturdy quality, and attractive design.
