VET BASICS^® Puppy & Kitten Care Shampoo is gentle enough for use on puppies and kittens in the first year. This nourishing shampoo is formulated specifically for your pet's sensitive skin. This extra gentle and tearless shampoo contains no harsh detergents or irritants. Natural Chamomile Extract is added as a natural antiseptic with healing and moisturizing properties to soothe & protect the pet's skin. The safe shampoo is pH balanced to clean without drying a pet's delicate skin. Leaves the hair coat soft and clean, with a heavenly baby powder fragrance. Safe for dogs and cats over 6 weeks of age.

Directions:

• Puppy & Kitten Care Shampoo: Using warm water, wet the hair coat thoroughly. Apply shampoo from head to tail and work into a thick lather, massaging gently into the hair coat and skin. Avoid contact with the pet's eyes. Rinse well. Repeat as necessary. Will not wash away topical flea and tick treatments when following the manufacturer's directions.

What do the ingredients do:

• DMDM-Hydantoin is used as a preservative ingredient with antifungal and mold resistant properties.
• Tetrasodium EDTA is an antiseptic proven to be effective against bacteria.
• Chamomile Extract helps reduce inflammation and relieves skin problems, such as itching and flaking.

Storage: Store at room temperature away from moisture, sunlight, and excessive heat.

Cautions: For topical use on dogs and cats only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, flush with clear water and seek medical attention if necessary. Do not use in ears. If undue skin irritation develops or increases, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
