Vanguard Plus 5 L4 is recommended for the vaccination of healthy dogs against diseases caused by canine distemper, adenovirus type 2, parainfluenza, parvovirus and leptospira bacterin (4 strains). Distemper, adenovirus, parainfluenza and parvovirus are modified live versions of the virus. Leptospira bacterin is a killed version of the virus.
Give 1mL IM or SQ to healthy dogs 6 weeks of age or older, 3 doses, 3 weeks apart. Revaccinate annually. Avoid vaccinating pregnant bitches.
