I read an article on this site about a bacterial infection...Campy...that effected litters of puppies at approximately 4 weeks of age. We keep our kennels very clean but still seem to deal with this every litter. Apparently, they get it from the well water because their systems aren't used to it. I tried the recommendation of adding 1 tsp of this liquid to a 5 gallon bucket of water and then pouring the water into the puppies' water bowls. The puppies never developed diarrhea! I am so glad we tried it! We used this from weaning until they went home. Thanks Revival for the recommendation!
