Ideal Pet Products has a limited lifetime warranty on all pet doors. All parts are guaranteed to be without manufacturer defect in workmanship and materials, except for flaps or breaks in glass panels. The lifetime warranty only applies to the original purchaser with a proof of purchase. Warranty is void if damage is due to improper installation or intentional abuse.
