Post-Op Recovery: offer free choice for 2-4 days. Diarrhea/Vomiting: Offer small frequent amounts (approx. 3 - 4 oz) 3 - 4 times daily until recovered. Physical Activity: Offer free-choice during and/or immediately following physical activity to replace fluids lost as the result of work or play.
