Description
Preventic® Tick Collar for dogs provides full protection against ticks within 48 hours. Kills and detaches ticks for up to 3 months. Rapidly paralyzes the tick's mouth so it's unable to successfully attach to your pet's skin. Outlasts all topical applications, using a time-controlled delivery system to spread the active ingredient from head to tail using skin and coat oils. Reduces the risk of tick-borne diseases such as Lyme disease, babesiosis, and rickettsia. Water resistant. For dogs over 12 weeks of age, over 60 lbs and necks up to 25". Do not use on cats.

Instructions
Directions for Use: Place the collar around the dog's neck, adjust for proper fit and buckle in place. Cut off excess length and dispose. Do not allow dogs to play with cut-off pieces. The collar must be worn tightly to contact skin and so the dog cannot remove it.
Note: Effectiveness is not diminished with normal wetting such as rainfall, but it is recommended to remove collar before bathing.
