Just insert the small end section into the vagina, and it will turn from light green to dark brown during ovulation, in response to the pH and carbohydrate changes. Use the 50 strips within 6 months.

1. Spread the labia and insert the test strip so tape is entirely within the vestibule. 2. Gently squeeze the labia over the tape for 10 seconds to permit the tape to be entirely soaked by the discharge. 3. Withdraw tape & read: any change from the original light green to any shade of brown is suggestive of fertility.
