D-Worm™ Tablets effectively removes hookworms (Ancyclostoma caninum and Uncinaria stenocephala) and large roundworms (Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonine) in puppies and dogs. It also prevents reinfection of large roundworms in puppies, adult dogs and lactating dams after whelping. Each D-Worm™ Tablet contains 113.5 mg Pyrantel base as Pyrantel Pamoate. The tablets are scored for easy dosing. Starts working within 24 hours.
For animal use only. Not for human consumption.

Keep out of reach of children.

Store at controlled room temperature of 59°F-86°F.
Active ingredients: Pyrantel Pamoate
Each tablet contains 113.5 mg Pyrantel base as Pyrantel Pamoate.
For use only as directed.

Directions for Use: For the removal of large roundworms (Ascarids) and hookworms, give one tablet for each 50 lbs of body weight. D-Worm™ Tablets may be broken in half to provide ½ tablet for 25 lbs of body weight. The presence of these parasites should be confirmed by laboratory fecal examination. Do not withhold food from your dog prior to or after treatment.
Place a D-Worm™ Tablet directly into back of mouth or conceal tablet in a small amount of food. A follow-up fecal examination should be conducted in two to four weeks after first treatment to determine the need for retreatment.
Since anthelmintics cannot be relied upon to prevent reinfection or to remove larvae not present in the intestinal tract at the time of initial treatment, for maximum control, it is recommended that puppies be treated at 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10 weeks of age. Lactating bitches should be treated two to three weeks after whelping. Adult dogs should be routinely treated at monthly intervals to protect against environmental T. canis reinfection. Retreatment of adult dogs may be necessary at monthly intervals as determined by laboratory fecal examinations or in animals kept in known contaminated quarters.

If your dog looks or acts sick, do not treat with this product.
Consult your veterinarian for assistance in the diagnosis, treatment, and control of parasitism.
