Initial Dosage (8 weeks): Divide dosage between morning and night. Under 10 lbs: 1/4 tab, 10-24 lbs: 1 tab, 25-49 lbs: 2 tabs, 50-100 lbs: 3 tabs, 100+ lbs: 4 tabs. Maintenance: cut dose in half.
