Every one with a dog or raising puppies needs Red Cell on hand 24/7

    Cons:
I had a litter of 7 pups the Vet's sent home to die as they tested high for Parvo. They were tiny Chihuahuas and they were very sick. Would not even try to eat so they got straight red cell squirted in the mouth in SMALL increments. Red Cell immediately made them hungry enough to start eating puppy mush, saving their lives. All the Moms and 30 other pups in the nursery also got Red Cell. Results: No further outbreak in Parvo (used lots of bleach) and saved ALL SEVEN PARVO PUPS!

My pregnant mom's all get red cell mixed in moist food during gestation and nursing. It is literally a life saver. DON'T SELL THIS INEXPENSIVE BOTTLE OF NUTRIENTS SHORT, IT DOES WHAT NO OTHER COULD DO ON STIMULATING APPETITE AND GIVING THEM STRENGTH TO FIGHT.

My Chihuahuas and Peks Reaction to Red Cell

Both types of dogs didn't like the taste at all. The Chihuahua after a few moments threw up. The Pekingese hated the taste so much she foamed at the mouth. I am now mixing it in to canned food.

So far they are keeping it down ok. I would just throw it away but it cost money, and I'm not rich.

Besides they need something. I won't be buying anymore. LKL

My dog absolutely loves the flavor although I do mix it in canned dog food. I just started her on it so I have not seen results yet. When my horse became sick we gave her Red Cell for horses and it worked wonders so I was delighted when I found a bottle of Canine Red Cell!

My mastiff was extremely anemic & the vet recommended this

    Rating:
    Pros:
    Cons:
I recently had a very bad time with my mastiff. She had bleeding ulcers and nearly died before we could get her stabilized. After the emergency visit, a sonogram, and another emergency visit, the emergency vet wanted another 1K to treat her through the night. Having already spent over $1500, we just couldn't afford that. The emergency vet gave her the blood that had already been collected, but told me it wasn't going enough, that Breezy would be severely anemic. Then she recommended I give Breezy an iron supplement. The other vet that I had used during this time recommended Red Cell. I bought some and started Breezy on it. Three weeks later she went back for a check up and had turned around completely. The vet said it wouldn't hurt her at all and recommended we keep her on Red Cell.

I partially credit Red Cell for my dog's life. The reason for the partial is that Breezy had to have a strong will to live or she wouldn't have made it. She doesn't like the flavor, so we put it in a syringe and give it to her that way. She gets 2 cc's twice a day.

Believe me, this stuff is GOOD. The only reason I didn't give a five star rating is that she doesn't like the taste.
